Fausto Molinet founded Matrix Internationale in 1989 to promote international ventures and assist companies in strategic planning and business development in the government sector. Before retiring from the United States Air Force in 1984 he was responsible for technology development and acquisition for missiles, radar, communications, security and command control systems. He was Deputy Director of the Air Force Rome Laboratory Electromagnetic Science Division and director of computer acquisition for the Airborne Warning and Control System. Later, at Litton Itek Optical Systems, he managed the development and marketing of imaging and decision support products and the Advanced X-Ray Telescope. He has a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering and has completed advanced studies in business management and information systems at the Wharton School of Business. He was a senior examiner for the Massachusetts Quality Award and is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a founder and Advisory Board member of the Boston Entrepreneurs' Network and Deputy Chair of the 2010 IEEE Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security.

Ian Smith – President, Vamosa Inc. Ian has been transforming companies both in the States and Europe over the last 30 years. He believes in shaping strategy then translating it into operational actions. A Scot who has grown his career in London and Boston, he loves to build remarkable businesses and plans to scale Vamosa, to define and dominate the Enterprise Content Governance (ECoG) space. Previous credits include the successful restructuring of Teamstudio, a software group HQ in Beverly, MA, from a loss-making software player in the Lotus Notes Development space to a highly profitable IT Governance software & services group in NALA, EMEA and APAC. In London, he restructured a division of the FTSE 100 Capita Group, Capita Corporate Finance, into a leading advisor to SMBs, exclusively endorsed by the prestigious Institute of Directors. Ian was lead advisor on London's first privatization of the public transport system, with the management buy-out of CentreWest for approximately $50m. In the late 80s he built one of the first Independent Investment Banks in Europe, Livingstone Fisher Associates leading many M&A transactions. His early career was with Thomson, the publishing giant where he was fast-tracked through the business, becoming one of the youngest divisional CFOs at 26, winning the UK's top award for young entrepreneurial talent sponsored by the Observer Newspaper Group. Ian graduated from the University of Strathclyde and is a Chartered Accountant of Scotland. A keen runner, Ian is world ranked as a Masters athlete at 400m and 800m.
